Pallet transport that fits your shipment

Dimensions, weight and loading conditions first

The loaded pallet determines the fit

Vehicle selection requires the outside dimensions of the complete load unit: length, width and height including the pallet, packaging and any overhang. Add the total weight of each loaded pallet and the pallet count.

An EPAL Euro pallet has a 1,200 × 800 mm footprint. Your booking must still use the actual dimensions of the loaded pallet.

Source: EPAL Euro pallet

Check before booking

Quantity and stackability

Count every load unit. Only mark goods as stackable when they can safely be stacked.

Weight and vehicle

3.5 tonnes identifies the vehicle class, not a promised payload of 3.5 tonnes.

Loading and unloading

Agree forklift access, loading docks and any required equipment in advance.

Handling equipment and pallet exchange

A tail lift, pallet truck, additional manual handling or pallet exchange forms part of the order only if expressly confirmed. Describe the loading facilities at both collection and destination.

Read more in our pallet preparation guide.
